William "Bill" V. Bromley

William “Bill” V. Bromley, of Canton, formerly of South Boston, died peacefully March 12, 2024. He was 78 years old. He was the devoted husband of the late Heidi Bromley (Michalak). Loving father of Stacy Nee and her fiancé David Benton of Canton. Proud grandfather of Joseph, William, and Abbey Nee of Canton. Bill worked for many years as a longshoreman. In retirement he enjoyed spending time with his family, friends, and his antique cars. He was the best husband, father, and grandfather we could have asked for. He was lucky enough to have spent almost 50 wonderful years with his beautiful wife. He loved watching his grandchildren grow up and cherished every moment he spent with them. We’ll miss his love, his quick wit, and his stories of growing up and working on the waterfront. He left us on his own terms, happy with the life he had lived, and ready to find Heidi so they can continue their love story.
